3. Am I eligible to purchase an Update from an earlier product version?
Should you have paid for a full version of an O&O product, then depending on availability there are cost-effective Updates available from pervious versions to new versions. You can find detailed information on the Update procedure and prices under each respective product.

4. Who is the manufacturer of the software?
O&O Software GmbH is the manufacturer of the O&O products and has sole rights over issuing licenses for O&O products.
5. Is the O&O Online Shop secure?
The online order process is protected by a secure connection so that data can be read only by us. Thus, important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. can be sent securely through the Internet. All of the data on secure pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. Our servers support the SSL Version 3, including the Triple DES encryption with 168 Bit. The RSA Modul and the SSL session offer 1024 Bit encryption.

6. When and how do I receive the software I ordered in the Online Shop?
The O&O Online Shop offers electronic and immediate delivery of your license information only. Usually orders are being processed and delivered as soon as the payment process has been completed. When paying by credit card you usually receive your license information within minutes. Please note that some O&O products are not available electronically but are delivered extra on CD. In these cases you will receive the product by post within a few days.

7. Can I also purchase a product as a pack?
Yes, most O&O products are also available as packs from authorized O&O partners, numerous specialist retailers, in electronic retailers and many online shops.
From specialist retailers, the products are mostly delivered from the warehouse. Delivery in most cases takes no longer than 3 to 4 days.
10. How can I download my product?
You can find all of O&O's up-to-date products in the O&O DownloadCenter online. There you can choose the product you wish to download. All commercial products are available as trial versions. Please use your registration key and registration information you received via e-mail or with the physical product delivery to unlock your product. Earlier product versions can be downloaded from the O&O DownloadCenter-Archive.

11. What are the differences between a trial version and a full version of an O&O software product?
Most O&O products are available as trial versions in the O&O DownloadCenter (http://www.oo-software.com/smb/en/download/). The trial versions are generally limited to 30 calendar days from point of installation. Some O&O products are subject to technical restrictions during the trial period.
12. Must I first uninstall a trial version in order to be able to use the full version?
Should you decide to purchase an O&O product, you can simply convert the trial version to the full version by entering the license information you receive. This is also possible where the trial period has just expired. Saved settings will be adopted too.
13. What should I do if an error occurs during downloading?
There are numerous reasons for the failure of a software download (for example, you lose your Internet connection, or there are server problems). If you have encountered a problem, please start a new download to receive the desired product.
14. I have finished downloading the product, but can’t find it on my computer.
The best way to know where your downloaded program is located on your computer is to pay close attention to the 'Save As' window at the beginning of the download process. After you started the download and selected the option to save the file, you see the 'Save As' window that will show exactly where your download is being saved. If you know the file name, you can also do a search on your computer for that specific name.
15. I have a voucher for the O&O Online Shop. How can I use it?
You can use a voucher for the O&O Online Shop for every product, providing the voucher has a lesser value than the product and the product is not already being offered by O&O at a reduced price. Only one voucher per order may be used. Combining more than one voucher for an order is not permitted. To use your voucher, simply activate the voucher code field in the Online Shop and then enter the code. Now click on "Apply" to have the discount applied to your purchase.
