Berlin, March 10, 2006 – With the O&O RescueBox V4, Berlin-based O&O Software is launching a brand new product suite for professional-grade data recovery. The three contained products in the bundle compliment each other and together maximize the chances for success in recovering lost files. With O&O RescueBox, O&O raises the standard in software based data recovery, underlining their leadership in this market sector.

O&O RescueBox V4 comes delivered with a bootable Recovery CD, from which the three products O&O UnErase V4, O&O FormatRecovery V4 and O&O DiskRecovery V4 can be launched. Also included is the O&O Recovery Guide, which helps users in a focused and interactive fashion to select from the three products the most appropriate one for their data recovery. All three products have the look and feel of Windows making them easily understandable even without any previous knowledge.

O&O UnErase V4 rescues deleted files from intact file systems. If files are deleted from the hard disk, O&O UnErase will quickly be able to recover them. With a Windows Explorer similar interface, operating it is intuitive and simple.

O&O FormatRecovery V4 can recover data on mistakenly reformatted hard disks. If the hard disk is formatted or the file system is damaged by a virus, its files can be made readable again. The recovery works with the aid of an on-screen Assistant that leads you through the recovery process step by step.

O&O DiskRecovery V4 enables the recovery of files whose directory and file information have been either deleted or overwritten. By means of O&O DeepScan Technology, over 350 different file types and versions can be recognized and recovered, among them even those from the most severely damaged file systems.
