The following products are valid for an Update to O&O DiskRecovery : All commercial products from Winternals, Datapool, Kroll Ontrack, Stellar Data Recovery, DTI or appropriate competing commercial products. Please note that the companies Winternals and Datapool no longer exist and therefore no longer provide product support. This also applies to the products Avira CIA Commander and Avira UnErase etc. Guarantee the backup of your investments and a professional recovery of your data through a favorably-priced Update to the state-of-the-art O&O DiskRecovery.

Note: Owners of competing products not mentioned can check the upgrade validity of their product with our sales team here . Please provide the product name, manufacturer and version number. When updating from a competing product, the previous license number remains valid. There is no need to destroy it or to send it to us.

What we mean by "Grace Period"

O&O Software customers, who purchase the latest version of a product in a certain time period prior to release of a new version, can benefit from a free upgrade to the newest version. Each individual product has its own “Grace Period” and the actual invoice date for purchase of the last version applies when assessing eligibility. Eligible for a free upgrade are full versions, updates and Educational versions exclusively. Not-for-resale, System Builder and OEM licenses are excluded from the Grace Period. These free upgrades are not sent out automatically - customers must apply direct to O&O Software. Only those customers with a current Maintenance Agreement will receive the upgrades automatically.
