What we mean by "Grace Period"

O&O Software customers who purchase the latest version of a product in a certain time period prior to release of a new version can benefit from a free upgrade to the newest version. Each individual product has its own “Grace Period” and the actual invoice date for purchase of the last version applies when assessing eligibility. These free upgrades are not sent out automatically - customers must apply direct to O&O Software. Only those customers with a current Maintenance Agreement will receive the upgrades automatically.
