6. octubre 2026: New Profile Pictures, Drive Monitoring for Virtual Machines, and the Customers Area with a Customer Selector in the Header
Added
- Customer selector in the header (Enterprise/Resilience): Every page shows the current customer next to the logo, and one click switches to “All customers”, the main account, or another customer — with search plus pinned and recently used customers.
- Customers area (Enterprise/Resilience): The former “Managed Accounts” area is now called “Customers”: “All customers” shows key figures and every customer as a table or tiles, sorted by action needed, and the “Action required” and “Events” tabs cover all customers at once.
- Customer start page (Enterprise/Resilience): Clicking a customer opens its start page with key figures, computers, and groups, and its “Settings” let you change the name and logo and pin the customer to the customer selector.
- Accept invitations and end access (Enterprise/Resilience): Invitations appear in “All customers” with owner, role, and date and can be accepted or declined right there, and access you have received can be ended at any time in the customer’s settings.
- Expand affected computers (requires group license): In the group views of Software, Windows Updates, Hardware, System, Microsoft Defender Antivirus, Disk Cleanup, Drive Monitoring, Windows Privacy, PowerShell Scripts, and USB Storage, clicking an entry — such as an application, an update, or a processor model — lists the affected computers right below it.
Improved
- Profile picture: Ten newly designed templates are available to choose from.
- Drive Monitoring on virtual machines: Virtual drives appear as tiles of their own with a note that S.M.A.R.T. values and temperature are only available on the host system.
- Tables: The search field appears from eleven entries onwards, which keeps short lists tidy.
- News and changelog: Entries in the widget unfold in place for reading.
- Users and roles (Enterprise/Resilience): Managed users and their roles have their own page in the user menu and are now included in every Enterprise license.
- Customer reports (Enterprise/Resilience): A customer’s report is now created with the “All computers” group report — as PDF, CSV, or Excel, including the archive.
- More readable group views (requires group license): Secondary texts have much higher contrast, including in the “Dark” and “High Contrast” themes.
Fixed
- Start page: The daily bars under “Events” show exactly the last seven days, without a repeated weekday.
- Phone view: Windows Security, O&O Defrag, Process Watcher, and Windows Privacy now fit the screen without sideways scrolling, and table cards show all details in full.
- Texts: The confirmation before uninstalling software and the notes in Drive Monitoring are now worded correctly.
